Owyhee Wagyu Beef Tongue

We are so excited to offer a less used part of the cow to our customers, if you are feeling a little adventurous in the kitchen or this is a normal meal in your house then just add it to your cart!

Beef tongue has a strong texture while it is still raw, so it needs to spend a lot of time cooking on low heat so you can get it to the desired texture. It is commonly used as (delicious) taco meat, but can be used other ways as well.
